Modern home with Ocean View

The house is located only 30 min from the airport. Right next to the ocean with a lovely view of the water as well as the mountains. The kitchen is small, but perfect to put together some simpler meals. The bed is comfortable, plenty of space, the bathroom is nice, spacious, clean. The protagonist is the roof terrace. We spent two of our two nights up there with ham, goat cheese a jug of sangria, watching the colours of the sunset fade into the night. We even slept outside for some time. The whole apartment has a well-kept and carefully decorated vibe. Jameos del Aqua and the Los Verdes caves are both just a few minutes away. Don't miss out on the great views from Mirador del Rio that's 20 minutes from here.

I loved the roof terrace and the views of the sea. Nice bay to swim in and a good fish restaurant opposite.

No hand soap but brought my own

We loved this apartment, its in a great location with amazing 360 views from the roof terrace including, the sea and the mountains. Our communication via WhatsApp with Isabel was always good and she is helpful. The apartment itself is small and the bedroom has very little space also the roof terrace and its furniture are in needs of some tlc in comparison to the photos, but it’s still great as you have the sun-beds and privacy. The apartment has everything you need, good powerful shower, small kitchenette where you can make breakfast, washing machine and dishwasher, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and throws for the sun-beds and all you need for a relaxing break. Its the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the excellent fish restaurants on the doorstep or swim in the natural pool opposite. Its worth noting, the restaurants shut around 8.30pm, the last reservation can be made at 7pm at most. Arrieta is more about long lunches than evenings but make sure you make lunch time reservations, this place gets super busy between 1pm and 3pm. However, this did not bother us once we got used to how it worked. We would go to the supermarket get some wine and sit on the roof terrace enjoying the sound of the sea.

Our check in was at 3pm although we arrrived in Arrieta at 1:45. We went to lunch at the nearby restaurant who kindly looked after our luggage. Then at 3:30 walked over to the apartment and discovered the keys were not in the box as promised.. so panicked a little as we were very hot and tired after traveling. Thankfully we noticed a cleaner in the window, and had to keep banging the door loudly, for her to let us in which was not an ideal start.

Areas is really quiet and lovely! Apartment has everything you need and the roof terrace is amazing! Good shower, comfy bed and everything very clean
