The apartment is sleek and modern on the inside while the property itself is a beautiful Spanish build that clearly has taken some influences from Gaudi - which you’ll spot on your walk to the pool, my favourite aspect of this property as well being less than a five minute walk from balcon d’europe and the beach.

My only issue - and the only reason I reduced a star - was the shower. While the bathroom is modern and had the perfect backlit mirror for doing my makeup, the shower drainage isn’t quite right. I had to lay two towels down each time I had a shower so it wouldn’t flood the space, it’s like the slant on the interior shower floor wasn’t done correctly and the water slips out under the glass screen. Not a huge thing as it could easily be fixed! But worth noting for sure

This is a little jewel of an apartment. Beautifully equipped and clean and for a one room apartment quite spacious. Cooking facilities were adequate with every piece of kitchen equipment you could ask for. Do look in all the cupboards though - it took us two days to find the toaster! Situated very near the sea and the Balcon de Europa. There is a small supermarket very near to the property and a much larger one about 10 minutes walk away. Lots of Bars and Restaurants nearby. The pool was warm enough to swim in and is of a decent size.

The apartment is well-located, clean, well-furnished! You have everything you need and more! The hosts are so sweet and kind, they even provided us with sun umbrella and beach chairs, excellent stay, right at the centre yet you have your peace, lovely balcony and swimming pool, we high recommend!

The noise of the water.

location was great - seems to have been modernised recently - so many things (all good quality) seemed brand new - good communication from the owner - the communal areas were constantly getting maintained- good security - great parking arrangement.
