Petit appartement spacieux, ménage tous les 2 jours c est parfait, un restaurant au menu diversifié, tres satisfaits de la demi pension. Lits confortables. Personnel tres agréable

Pour chipoter, placé de parking un peu étroite et look salle de bain un peu vieillot

Ottima la posizione vicino alla spiaggia Arenal de Son Saura. Zona tranquilla Vista spettacolare sul mare dal nostro appartamento al piano superiore Bene la pulizia ogni due giorni da parte della struttura (asciugamani, spazzatura)

Parcheggio gratis ma un po' scomodo Nella casa oltre ai servizi essenziali (sapone, asciugamani, stoviglie) non vi era nulla come sale, zucchero o altri servizi che sarebbe stato comodo trovare invece di comprare per pochi giorni di permanenza. In cucina spesso spuntavano delle formiche, non si capiva da dove. Cassetti delle stoviglie un po' sporchi, scomodi da aprire (rischiavano di cadere sui piedi se tirati fuori più di 10 cm) Letto matrimoniale formato da due letti singoli, scomodo In generale quindi l'interno era essenziale/poco curato ma in compenso c'era una vista bellissima e la piscina appena fuori dalla porta

Hard to find as the sign for the apartments reception had evidently blown down in a gale. Not replaced by the time we’d left. Not advised at c/in of available safe so had to return to reception to pay for the key. Parking was extremely tight in the shared bay… a white line down the middle would help. Lighting… kitchen light barely on, bathroom lights very dim (especially for shaving), lounge lamp didn’t work at all. Kitchen utensils very sparse, no oven. Wardrobe doors although fitted with soft close hinges had been painted over and didn’t work therefore doors banged unless closed softly by hand. Terrace space okay but view obscured by the not unattractive grasses growing in the wall. A nice feature but inappropriately placed. Overall the decor and look of the place was very tired and needs an overhaul especially in the kitchen where one drawer was missing and the others were very stiff and squeaky. The painting on the walls was very sloppily done with drips and brush smudges over the different colour tiling. A shame as it could look very nice if done well.

Posto molto bello e vicino ad una delle più belle della zona nord di Minorca

Quando siamo arrivati sembrava che le pulizie non fossero state fatte, soprattutto sotto i letti.

Para ir en septiembre está bien, pero no me imagino ir en temporada alta porque se escuchan todos los ruidos: los del piso de arriba, y los laterales. Cada vez que alguien de arriba tiraba la cadena se escuchaba mucho. Para ir a comer, hay que llegar a otro complejo a unos 10minutos caminando. Me gustó mucho la posibilidad de que tras el checkout tengan unas duchas, en nuestro caso fue clave porque teníamos el barco tarde, y pudimos pasar el día en la playa.

El ruido de los apartamentos colindantes y que la limpieza que tocaba hacer suelo, no se realizó. Después, no se hace superficies en las tres noches. Unas mejoras al apartamento le vendría bien, la barrera de entrada estaba caída, todo estaba pintado sobre pintado, y entraba mucha luz a las habitaciones.

Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad en el lugar, y la cercanía a la playa en un entorno natural fantástico.
