"NOJA Y CANTABRIA EL FUTURO DEL TURISMO"

La tranquilidad de la zona y la posibilidad de tener playa o monte en pocos metros. El apartamento estaba completamente equipado, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para la limpieza y el aseo personal.

No tiene zona de aparcamiento, a no ser que pagues un extra por reserva de parking. De todas formas hay bastante zona de aparcamiento entre 100 y 300 metros.

Las vistas a la marisma y la ubicación en el barrio de Helgueras,

El aislamiento acústico es malo. Además la distribución de los apartamentos, hace coincidir dormitorios con baños y el ruido de las duchas es molesto

"Buen apartamento y eficiente atención del personal"

Es un apartamento muy espacioso y limpio. Ante cualquier incidencia el personal responsable ha respondido de manera rápida y eficiente.

El colchón de la habitación pequeña es bastante incómodo y una de las persianas se bajaba sola por algún fallo.
