"Buona la posizione ma troppo trasandato"

La posizione è fantastica vicino alla metro bus e super market. Al porto si va a piedi in 20 min. Il terrazzino è molto carino ma come il resto trasandato con scope e attrezzatura sporca

La casa lascia molto a desiderare. La pulizia pessima con matasse di capelli dentro i cassetti, macchie gialle sul copri piumino e pulizia carente. Il divano con macchie e sporco, il pavimento scrostrato in più punti. Poca cura in ogni ambiente. Un peccato perché piccolino ma con ottima posizione e un bel terrazzo. NOTA netigativa: 5 piani senza ascensore, sopratutto per anziani o passeggini proibitivo, oltretutto non indicato.

Alojamiento muy caro. Llegamos y nos encontramos muchísima suciedad (la cocina con grasa, tazas sucias, un cenicero con colillas, el wc sin tirar de la cadena, la funda del sofá y el propio sofá sucísimos…). Es cierto que el gestor mandó rápidamente a dos personas a limpiar y cambiaron la funda del sofá, pero ya nos quedamos con mal cuerpo. Además, el espacio para 4 personas en el salón era muy reducido y había muchas cosas rotas, en mal estado o con necesidad de renovación: vitro cerámica, suelos la mesa del “salón” … . Por todo ello terminamos decidiendo irnos a otro apartamento distinto aún teniendo que pagar dos.

L'emplacement est très bien . La terrasse est pas mal aussi.

L'appartement mérite d'être rénovée. Manque d'un rallonge dans la cusine. Le prix pour la prestation je trouve élevé.

2e bed was erg slecht, vloer was slecht onderhouden en kapot. Airco (om te verwarmen) deed het niet en piepte continu. Er was een nooduitgang en die zat op slot. niet echt prettig op de 5e verdieping

Me encanto que sea espacioso y la terraza, genial. Las habitaciones muy comodas.

Lo unico que sufrimos un pco es subiendo las escaleras, pero despues de eso todo muy genial.
