The property should not be in use at the moment as building work is dusty/noisy and very unpleasant. If booking I would recommend no earlier than 2025 then the work maybe complete

Spacious and clean. Location great.

Shame the pool outside the apartment wasn’t working. There is an alternative pool though.

This is a spacious and well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Although the outside of Balcon Los Gigantes seems a bit dated don’t be put off, the apartment is well appointed and complete with underground car park. We found this invaluable as parking in this area can be a nightmare. For us particular plus points of this apartment were (in no particular order); loads of wardrobe storage with lots of coat hangers, dishwasher, huge double bed, smart TV with Netflix & Prime, big terrace for outdoor dining, excellent Wi-Fi and great value for money.

First impressions (as mentioned). The pool shown in the photos is shut although there is access to an alternative nearby.

Loved the location, the cleanliness and well equipped kitchen.

The apartment was wonderful good position and roomy.

The bedding was not clean a douvet instead of sheets and the pillows smelt. We borrowed bedding and pillows from friends who lived in Balcon. But despite that I would return.
