"Good located. Not good bed"

They had a problem with the system so we received the code for entrance late and was hard to find them. The mattress was super bad.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!! Il giorno prima ci hanno cambiato la prenotazione, non ci hanno messo nella struttura che appare nella foto, ma in una struttura più piccola nello stesso stabile, proponendoci un rimorso del 10%. Ovviamente sono spariti e questo rimborso non c’è mai stato. Il problema più grande però è stato che la casa che ci hanno proposto era minuscola e completamente diversa dalle foto e senza i posti letto necessari (in due abbiamo dovuto dormire in terra). Per di più era sporca (sopratutto il bagno).

La ubicación

Una hora para entrar, el teléfono tiene contestador y no responden por Whastapp o Booking, el servicio al cliente malísimo, es todo interior, luz natural 0. Dan la opción de salir más tarde pero después la deniegan, el edificio es muy antiguo, la habitación no tiene TV. Muy caro para lo que ofrece, no pienso repetir.

"Madrid en ubicación con encanto y céntrico."

Ubicación ESPECTACULAR. Atención continua, inmediata y atenta. 10 a la atención de anfitriones (todo vía WhatsApp).

El sofá “doble”, apto para 2 niñ@s, dos adultos NO CABEN. Falta luz y colgadores y estantes en WC. El portal lleno de basura, por el suelo, el cubo dentro y mal olor.

El piso estaba muy bien, limpio, bien ubicado y buena relación calidad-precio.

El sofá cama era duro, solo había un tenedor para la comida y la manguera de la ducha estaba suelta.
