"Beautiful and nice but more resembles a rental than a hotel or short term stay."

View, proximity to beach, and public transport. Comfortable and well equipped.

New trash regulations of city. Would be nice if there were some basis toiletries (shampoo-bath gel), trash bags. Large deposit was a little surprising (Almost 50% of stay charge). Paperwork and terms almost seemed like a lease or rental.
