- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement. - Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed. - Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
