Warm welcome with tray of sweets. There is most of the things you need during the stay, kitchen and bathroom are well supplied. Shower is working well, good water pressure (which can be an issue in the islands). Parking was easy enough to find. Near the town center, even though it doesn't look like it on the map, 20 minutes on foot. Helpful host with many tips and recomendations on what to do and where to go.

No air condition in the apartment, just a small portable device, which can't cool the place down. We were there during calima, and it was over 35 degrees on the last few days. Bed is not very comfy and is old, and so are some of the kitchen appliances. Not enough light, unless windows are open. Terrace is pretty cramped and partially shared with flat next door.

Comfortable, clean, good location (as long as you had a car). Friendly owner

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and the host was very attentive with lots of welcome gifts and breakfast options. There is a self-service laundry 2 blocks away, which came in handy since we had been on the road for a week. It is very easy to park around the apartment.

The whole apartment is very eclectic, with so many styles mixed in, it almost makes you dizzy (i think less is more). The neighborhood is a bit strange, although that can be said for the whole city.
