"Una localització molt ben connectada."

La zona està molt bé (a prop de l'estadi de San Mamés i a 15/20 min a peu de tots els llocs d'interès). És una zona on hi ha oci nocturn i, en caps de setmana de partit pot ser que, tot i que l'allotjament està insonoritzat, pugui ser molest. Si es busca tranquilitat i desconnexió absoluta no és el lloc ideal on allotjar-se. Si, en canvi, vol veure l'ambient d'una ciutat amant del futbol i de la vida de carrer i, visitar-la de ple, és un molt bon lloc. Tot i que nosaltres ens hi vam allotjar en cap de setmana de partit, val a dir que l'allotjament està molt ben insonoritzat i les habitacions queden lluny de les finestres que donen al carrer dels bars, així doncs, vam poder descansar prou bé.

"it was the perfect place to stay for our 3 night visit to Bilbao."

the location was fantastic, right in the centre of the busy area. I was worried about the noise but the windows were very well sealed and we couldn't hear anything much at all. the apartment was very clean and well equipped.

the shower was not easy to use. the power was fantastic but it was not easy to alter the temperature.

Era muy cómoda , espaciosa , muy limpia , muy bien decorada , tenía todo lo que se precisa para pasar un hermosa estadía.
