It's hard to find a flawless place but I say this little apartment is pretty close to it.

If I had to be picky, I think a box of tissue and a better place to hang the used big towel might help.

We had a two-hour window to pick up our keys (our choice), so after we parked the car in a nearby garage, we headed to the hotel. It was a bit difficult to find as the front sign is not large. The bldg is on a side street across from a large park and was a small apartment. I think the family owned 2-3 of these apartments so it was quiet and convenient ... wonderful. We had the twin room ... looked just like the photos. About a block or two from the hotel's side street in the park was a huge indoor food court (Victoria). Many different restaurants/food stalls with seating and an outdoor seating area as well. We ate there two nights at different venues; it was very good. The A/C worked very well as it was beginning to get warm in southern Spain. The location was such that we walked to the Mezquita and other sights w/o problems. We had breakfast in our room as the kitchen facilities were excellent.

It was spacious and clean and great central location.

Clean, enough space for 2, comfy bed and pillows. Good taste and good quality of decor, furniture. Nice touch to offer capsules for the coffee machine. Easy to find the locker for the keys (for very late check-in) and easy to find the flat. Not very far from the train station (600 m, 10 min walk), but if you have heavy trolleys, maybe is a better idea to take a taxi/uber. Very good communication with the staff, smooth check-in/out. Excellent position indeed to visit the charming old town of Cordoba.

The tiles in the shower cabin needs a deep cleaning especially in low corners, also a new paint in bathroom since there are no tiles on the walls.

Location ideal for Patios Festival and main sites in city. Very quiet despite proximity to major road.
