The view & location was amazing. The host was very informative before we arrived, providing us with detailed directions & instructions.

The sofa bed was awful. So squeaky & uncomfortable. Dipped in the middle. The property overall was very dated but we could see that from the photos. The balcony furniture was also rickety.

Fantastic view, big balcony, great location….so much potential if money was spent to sort out the issues.

Old fashioned and dated…needs an upgrade. Better furniture, upgrade the kitchen, use matching plates, bowls glasses etc, an oven….get a better sofa bed. The bed is very soft and gave me a sore back which spoiled my holiday. Balcony furniture , especially lounger chairs, needs replaced , it is going to collapse soon.

This property is located in an amazing place at the seafront. The area around the building is clean and well looked after. The beach was cleaned daily, it was quiet and pleasant, most of the time almost empty. At the restaurant “Luna Beach” we enjoyed delicious local meals and drinks, accompanied by live music.

The property itself has a tiny room with very uncomfortable sofa-bed and spacious balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic. On the opposite side, the host was ignorant and provided poor customer service. Firstly, the property management company unilaterally, without any notice or explanation, charged me an increased price. They ignored all my requests for explanation and refund of the extra fee. Secondly, at the arrival we found dirty pillows with hair on them and strong smell of sweat. They were replaced immediately by host. Furthermore, some of essential things were broken, did not work or were dirty. For instance, I had informed the host that an arm chair had a broken leg (which could cause injuries), and the curtain was torn off and hinging. The host ignored again my requests to repair them. All hinges were creaking terribly, and I had to lubricant them. Also, I had to fix the hinging curtain myself. The balcony was not clean, kitchen strove and a desk light were dirty. Later, I realised that the kettle didn’t work, and a bulb in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Also, I had to deal with a lot of ants that were invading the kitchen. I hope this review will help the host to improve their customer service.

Great apartment in a perfect location for us. It has everything you need, feels like home and it’s right next to the beach. There is a supermarket just across the road and a bus stop which leads into Marbella.
