Vladimir está atento para facilitar el check-in y responder a los mensajes. Aire acondicionado en el salón y las tres habitaciones que funciona bien. A la terraza se le saca mucho partido por la noche y magníficas vistas al castillo. Hay wifi a pesar de que en el anuncio aparece que no. Cerca hay supermercado, parada de bus y tranvía. Buenas ventanas en cocina y habitaciones.

Edificio muy viejo en una calle bastante sucia. En el anuncio del piso no está lo suficientemente a la vista que se trata de un 5º piso SIN ascensor, y creemos que es importante especialmente por si se quisiesen alojar personas mayores que podrían tener dificultades para subir tantas escaleras, sobre todo a la llegada cargados con equipaje. Además, no hay ni escritorio ni secadora de ropa como aparece en el anuncio. Los toldos de la terraza están rotos (ambos), así como el tendedero plegable y la persiana de acceso a la terraza, por lo que incide mucho el sol y no hay cortinas para impedirlo. Varias luces (cocina junto a vitrocerámica, una en el baño...) y el telefonillo no funcionan. Solo se entrega una copia de llaves. La cocina no está totalmente equipada, pues falta bastante menaje, y tanto la campana extractora como el horno están bastante sucios. Hay hormigas en el baño. Hay retoques básicos que hacer como por ejemplo tapar el agujero del techo de una de las habitaciones junto a la luz. Pocos enchufes en las habitaciones. En un armario había un microondas que no funcionaba.

Firstly the location is great in a really nice barrio with some important historical buildings literally on the doorstep.Easy to get to from the airport. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you will need.Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds.Kitchen and shower all good for us. Fabulous air con.which was easy to use and very efficient,much better than many hotels have.Good boiler for hot water ,better than mine at home! Ten flights of stairs up ,which we knew but if you are able it's worth it because of course you have a roof terrace with a good view of the Castillo which we made good use of. The communication with the host was very good.Thank you Vladimir.

We liked it a lot but have a few suggestions. Firstly please supply more towels and toilet paper. The awnings on the terrace should be replaced and the blinds leading to it as all broken or non existent,maybe some plants?Spend a bit of money on it as it feels neglected and could be wonderful. There are a few more repairs needed in the apartment . Finally I think you need some new pillows. Wouldn't hesitate to book again as I feel it was good value.

Nice terrace with sun for most of the day, which was exactly what we were looking for in January. Also, a great location and good value for the cost.

The apartment is very basic and feels worn. And come on—stock the kitchen cabinets with more mugs, glasses, and essentials! It’s way too stingy, especially when so many others have pointed it out as well. We were three guys traveling together, so we managed, but for a family, it would definitely not be enough! Also, clean the air conditioning filters—dust came flying out when we turned them on. Overall, it feels like a money-making machine with zero reinvestment.
