La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Il terrazzo è stupendo e tranquillo. Per raggiungere il centro di Valencia basta andare alla vicina stazione ferroviaria di Catarroja(5 minuti a piedi dalla casa) ed 10 minuti di treno si è alla stazione centrale, con una frequenza dei treni ogni 15 minuti circa. Comodissimo il self check in, la proprietaria fornisce dettagliatamente tutte le indicazioni e risponde molto velocemente.

Poteva essere un po più curata la pulizia, le sdraio in terrazzo sarebbero da sostituire, ma questo non abbassa la mia opinione e ci ritornerei altre volte.

Limpio, amplio y cómodo. Para ir al centro de Valencia no lo cogería, pero para usarlo con vistas a pasar noche antes de ir al aeropuerto está muy bien

Es difícil encontrar aparcamiento alrededor, nos tiramos como 30 minutos dando vueltas

One of the best apartments I ever booked value for price wise. Large apartment with very large private terrace nicely decorated. Friendly communicative host. From Xativa u take the train and arrive after 3 stations. There are vending machines nearby if u want to buy something late at night. Functional air conditioning. I totally recommend this apartment for a comfortable and clean stay in Valencia

Nothing really. Maybe a bit more cleaning on the terrace floor needed.

Apartamento con una buena ubicación,limpio y cómodo.

The location

Mould in the shower, shower tray it’s worn and dirty. It has working AC but it does not cope to cool down the rooms. We had to cut our stay short with one night as none of us were able to rest properly due to the heath at night, even with the shutters closed for the whole day and the AC on. All appliances are old, outdated and rusty.
