Good clean apartment to start with then major problem with Ants which was highlighted to the owner but nothing was done Had to disinfect all kitchen, and bathroom surfaces on a daily basis. Could not leave any item uncovered even toothbrush in the bathroom Would have appreciated a visit from cleaner /pest control. I have a video if required

The pictures shown on the website gave an inaccurate impression of the apartment Seaview.it is very limited, not as portrayed. This apartment is in a residential block 3 floors up ,no lift, and a great number of stairs to climb,this was never mentioned. The other residents would come and go at all hours of the day and night, even putting the outside washing machine on at 3 30am. There is a bar and casino also opposite which are both open until 2am every day.,this was never mentioned Major problem with Ants in the kitchen bathroom and lounge this was highlighted to the hosts early in the stay, but no action was taken. It was not the quiet, peaceful place that is shown on the website. I am very disappointed it was hard to find as the photos posted on the website are inaccurate It is also on a main road and bus route. Very noisy. Would never recommend this apartment due to its location and being in a very noisy residential block. A refund would not go amiss, please

Cleanliness, its location near the area we like and the facilities like the balcony and comfortable bed.

Nothing but a few suggestions to make the stay even better is to provide salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and shower gel.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment - this was our 3rd time visiting Playa San Juan for a cycling training camp and this was the best apartment we’ve stayed in so far. We had a lovely arrival message from the host who also left us an arrival gift 😊 It was spacious enough for 4 of us, had a well equipped kitchen, and balcony with a lovely view. The shop is just over the road and for a bigger grocery shop Lidl is a short drive away. This apartment is within sight of the beach and just a minute’s walk there which is amazing. Very good value for money!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with only stairs for access - this was fine for us but anyone with mobility issues should be aware

Location superb. Apartment spotless, had every thing we needed. No complaints
