The location was very good - very close to restaurants, shops and Los Cristianos beach and to the pick up spot at Sol Arona for a lot of the trips that we took.

The view from the apartment was not good. It faced onto an unkempt patch of land with graffiti on the walls and the local bins. The bin collections were also very noisy and took place at all hours of the day and night.

The property was excellent. A great location. We met a gentleman named Tommaso, who handed us our key to the apartment. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Bota was fantastic to deal with and very helpful throughout, checking that everything was OK. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need. The location was great. Close enough for the beach and bars but still quiet.

Excellent comfortable apartment close to the beach and lots of bars, shops and restaurants and a short walk from the bus station. I didn't use any of the kitchen equipment but it all looked well supplied for anyone who didn't want to eat out Air con, WiFi and washing machine. Good communications with the host.

the host Bota ,was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, she allowed us an early check in and a late check out to suit our flight times , there was a safety deposit box which was free of charge , some essentials like tea,coffee ,water, toiletries and even sun tan and after sun lotions, in all the years I'm travelling to resorts Bota definitely comes 1st for her politeness and her service just perfect 100% recommend her apartment, it's location is 2 mins from the port,1 min to the beach and the strip is only 60 seconds away ,thanks Bota and ill see you again soon regards Ken

everything was fine no complaints

Apartment well kept and clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding to cover a two weeks stay. It was in a great spot for people watching, bars, restaurants etc. You could hear the ocean too. The walk into central Los Cristianos took very little time and the bus station was only a ten minute stroll away. We loved the pool area and especially the Ice-cream parlour just outside the entrance gate. We also had the experience of the tall palm tree outside our balcony being trimmed by a workman using clampons to climb up the tree to do the job. We definitely intend to stay there again.

We experienced one little hiccup when we had the balcony door open for the cooling breeze to to blow through the apartment. Two of the lovely canvas pictures on the wall lifted with the breeze and fell down onto the floor. Fortunately they were undamaged but it gave us an awful fright when it happened. We didn't attempt to put them back on the wall in case it happened again! Other than that everything was perfect.
