Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 10; - After 22:00, EUR 50. Please note that a deposit of 200 euros is retained on arrival with the bank card if your stay is less than 8 days and in cash if your stay is more than 8 days. Please note that Change of bedlinen and towels during the stay carries an extra charge of 9 euros per person. Additional cleaning during the stay has an extra charge of 40 euros. In both cases it is necessary to notify in advance It is strictly prohibited to have bicycles inside the apartment. If you have a bike, you have to store it in a special box below the building, Please notify us in advanced if you have a bike. Parking does not go automatically with the apartment. It depends on availability and costs 12 euros per night. It is necessary to book in advance. Parking reservation considered confirmed after our confirmation. No check-in available between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card or cash provided at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
