Sea point apartment

اريد فقط و بالأمانة أن أقيم المكان حسب النظافة و الموقع و التعامل ، كوني مريض سرطان درجة رابعة و اتعالج في مستشفى السعودي الالماني اهم ما يهمني هو مستوى النظافة ، صدقا لم اجد انظف من هذا المكان حتى في فنادق الخمس نجوم ، الاخ صاحب الشقة لطيف سهل في التعامل شديد في القيود القانونية لكن بشكل عام ، انصح و بشدة اي شخص يزور الإسكندرية إن ينزل في هذا المكان نظرا ، اولا لنظافة المكان و مستوى التعقيم و لطافة وسهولة صاحب الشقة ، الإخوة والأخوات العرب هذه شهادتي

The place was clean, tidy, neat and comfy. The host was responsive and very friendly. The space in the house is just perfect (good enough for a family of 6). Nice sea view. Location is good (near to restaurants and shops). Easy to order food because the location is easy to find. The Facilities are modern and worked just fine.

Washing machine was out of service so we need to ask the doorman for laundry service. Be sure to prepare some money before you check in to pay the deposit (around 2000 EGP). The money will be returned after you checked out if you leave the house in a good condition. I was not informed early about the deposit so my money was not enough at that time. Anyways, i got it all sorted out. And i got the money back. So please prepare the money before you check in. He also accept dollars.

The location

Although the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable but the main road noise was an issue. I recommended for the owner to do a double glazing windows, that will give it perfection status in terms of location and comfort.
