Proximidade com praia, facto de ter estacionamento e como é apartamento podemos tranquilamente fazer lá as nossas refeições com todos os utensílios que tínhamos a disposição

Pues no me gustó la poca limpieza del apartamento, había cucarachas de las chiquitillas salían por debajo de los muebles, por dentro del mueble de los cubiertos... Vamos muy desagradable. Aparte me hace gracia cuando pone que hay gel, te ponen un botecito de muestra para 5 días, pocas toallas para 5 días.....

we both loved the location. it was right across from the bus stop. 15 minutes walk from Lidl and we were close to all bars and restaurants and shops.

The only fault was the bedroom window. Being close to motorway, we got a lot of noise from the Window, even though it was closed. It could do with being doubled glazed.

In general, the living conditions in the apartments were good. Convenient location, good internet speed, but to justify the name "fantastic" you still need to try.

First, the water in the shower room sink ran out in about five minutes. The apartment managers probably know this problem very well and why they leave it to other visitors. Even after writing about this problem, there was no reaction. The fact that the night light in the bedroom is not on and that the fan is not working was not a big problem, because it was not needed. But this undermines the level of preparation of the apartments. The bedroom windows face the street and although the fifth floor reduces the noise level, it is quite noisy when the windows are opened. It can hardly be claimed that the visitors did not complain about the noise, especially since until 2 a.m. loud "music" could be heard. Visitors should be fairly informed about this. There was no answer to the question of how to use the pool near the house. It turned out that the pool was being renovated and the work would take a long time, and construction noise could be heard during the day. But visitors should be honestly informed about this. The water heater is broken and apparently the visitors were not satisfied and bought the simplest Chinese water heater and left it for other visitors to use. Inconvenience was caused by one apartment key. At the end, a cockroach said goodbye to us. Small and cozy flat very near to beautiful beaches. Perfect location for everyone, who does not like it too crowdy. Supermarket is very close by. Balkony and pool are nice to relax. Very quite neighbours at the time of our visit.

The cleanliness of the overall flat was good. The shower, however, needs to be deep cleaned please. Due to lack of air draft during times when no one stays here, there developed some mold within the shour. Nothing to bad (yet) but needs to be done!
