The property is at a good location. It is spacious, well equipped and clean with a really nice sea view.

There is a strong smell of weed outside the complex.

Good size, great location ten minute stroll to beach lots of bars , restaurants very close by,Artur the host was very helpful giving us ideas for good restaurants ,fantastic view from 2 of the bedrooms, great pool area had it virtually too ourselves

Only one shower for four adults was a small issue but we got around it

Location is great - 15min walk to Siam Park, shops next door, Beach 10min walk, no issue finding parking on street nearby, And Artur was a such a good guy - very polite and helpful, and then saved our bacon on last day when we left passports in apartment and he drove them to us at airport. Pool is not heated but after a few mins, you were fine. Couch is not the most comfortable buts that's being picky.

The apartment was fully equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and tennis court were really nice and clean and my two boys enjoyed using the facilities.

Spacious and spotlessly clean. Ample provision of towels, consumables, etc. Really lovely pool area. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Artur, the property manager, was very helpful and communication with him throughout was excellent.

Very late night and into the early hours noise on occasions.

Everything was excellent, the apartment, the pool, the tennis court, the location. The owner did arrive about 15 mins late in meeting us, but we were happy to wait outside as it nice and sunny, not raining. The owner was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very nice with 3 double beds and 1 double sofa bed which was perfect as being a family of 5, the kids had their own double beds and sofa bed. There are 2 toilets there, 1 of which has a shower. The wifi was great and good connection in every room. All cooking facilities available, gas hob, oven, microwave etc. We all loved the 2 pools which were nice and quiet as it was mainly residential apartments and just a few tourists using it. The main pool was very big and the other one is for small children. The owner left us some Tennis rackets and balls for us to enjoy playing Tennis which we did. The location was fantastic, right next to the main supermarket, restaurants etc. The beach is less than 10 mins walk away where you can chill or book water sports which we did. Siam Park which was part of our plan was only 15 mins walk, kids thoroughly enjoyed that. Overall happy with everything and would stay here again.

The toilet door locks which are integrated into the handle are abit dodgy, my son got locked inside, but eventually got out. We didn't use the locks at the end, being worried about getting stuck and just told everyone not to come in. I did advise the owner just to fit simple locks, but that's upto him.
