Hossam was super friendly and helpful and the place was clean and tidy.

Basic things were missing .. like toilet paper, soap, towels ... etc! Not even a tea kettle!

Roomy , newly

When i asked him if i could check-out the 6 p.m., He said to me yes,it wouldnt be a problem. But while i was checking out, he said to me that their late check-out price was 150 egp. He should said at first to me , it was not fair.

The room was large and had a full size fridge. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment so you do not get towels or toiletries.

Communication needs to be better. I arrived early and as it's an apartment, there is no reception. Tried to call the number provided several times with no answer. Only got an answer once check in time arrived.
