The bed was comfortable. The curtains were dark. Open plan layout was nice. Shower was good.

Property didn’t really feel well taken care of. Old air con (loud), fan in bathroom wouldn’t really turn off. WiFi was bad (although it was everywhere in Egypt we went). Tiny towels provided. Location was a bit far from the town and shops. Particularly disappointing was that we asked the owner to book diving for us, he confirmed, only to cancel at 3am on the morning we were supposed to go… so we couldn’t dive. I would recommend if you want to dive, book directly with a diving company. The restaurant options the hotel provided had almost no vegetarian choices at all (or fish)!

Mr. Mohammed and the hotel staff were very friendly and helped me book Sataya and ATV itineraries. There is a mini shop next to the hotel where I can buy water and snacks,You can ask employees to help order takeout for meals, so you don't have to worry about anything in this hotel.I spent very unforgettable days here. Thank you again to Mr. Mohammed and his employees.

the staff is very helpful. i arrived very lately but the staff helped me to get some food. the location is easy to find.

Pool was big, staff helped us out when we needed something, very nice

Room was dirty and not cleaned when we came and the shower curtain was almost falling off. If your room is not clean, you gotta ask the staff for cleaning. Also they had no food in the hotel at all, had to call delivery, but there was only one place who would do delivery.

Very good staff. Mr mohamed help me so much. Very recommended. Retreat JKAM 2024 done perfectly.
