Everything, location, cleanliness, pool area

There were no sun awnings on terrace, so unable to sit outside when sun came around.

the apartment was very clean and spacious with lots of nice little touches. The decor was lovely too. The owners were in touch making sure all was well.

Not the apartment but Benal Beach could have more signs informing you where the pools, gym bars etc are as it is a massive maze.

"Nice apartment for a familiy stay in Benal Beach area - value for money!"

Wonderful and bright apartment in apartment hotel area with few pools and aqua park for children. There is 24/7 reception to check in and also a small shop in basement where you can get what ever you need. Apartment is well equiped with kitchen tools - but missing a dishwasher however washing mashine is placed in kitchen. Great view from balcony and nice sofa in livingroom. Beds are fine - middel hardness. There are pool towels in apartment so no need to bring yours with!

Every morning at 07-08.00 there is a pump starting up by the pool and it makes a lot of noise so you have to close windos to be able to sleep. Sunbeds costs 5 eur pr day pr person - may be it could be standard equpment in the closed area of pool?!
