Diese Unterkunft ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die komplette Anlage ist total runtergekommen und überall liegt Müll herum. Das Apartment hat dringend eine Renovierung nötig und man wird beim Herein kommen schon von einem modrigen Geruch empfangen. Die Ausstattung ist miserabel und die wenigen Elektrogeräte gehören auf den Müll ( z .B das Bügeleisen) natürlich war kein Bügelbrett vorhanden. Dénia ist immer eine Reise wert aber auf keinen Fall in diese Anlage

"Cosas a pulir, aunque aceptable."

Bastante espacio, buena ubicación. Punto a favor los aires acondicionados. Y poder aparcar dentro.

Partes de la casa un poco rotas. De la ducha se salía el agua por completo. Y la fregona nada más llegar a la casa nos la encontramos llena de pelos.

La cercanía a la playa era un punto a favor. Estaba a unos 10 minutos andando y contaba con un acceso desde la urbanización para ir. La piscina estaba bien. Se encontraba como a 20-25 minutos andando del centro de Denia.

La equipación del apartamento no era la mejor del mundo. No tenía horno, y el sofá cama tampoco era lo más cómodo. Tenía aire acondicionado solo en el salón. El parking no iba enumerado, por lo tanto si no encontrabas sitio en la zona techada, te tocaba aparcar en la zona sin techo. La hora de entrada establecida nos pareció excesivamente tarde (5pm), aunque nos dejaron acceder antes , y la de salida muy temprana (11 am), es algo que se debe tener en cuenta.

Estuvo todo muy bien.Limpio,y cómodo para los días que estuvimos.piscina muy buena tb.Un poco caro para lo que es.

El calentador no funcionaba el primer día,llamamos y rápido vinieron arreglarlo.Todo bien.
