Apartamentos Esmeralda Ibiza

The apartment was good value for money and was in a good position for exploring Ibiza.

There was trouble getting into the apartment. We were supposed to phone someone in Italy who would then open the front door. It didn't work. We had to phone the manager, Jessica, who eventually sorted out the door. Jessica was incredibly helpful; I managed to delete the profile on Amazon Prime on the TV and she talked me through re-installing the credentials. Thank you Jessica.

Good location. Was very clean. Apartment had everything needed for a self catering stay. Was a little noisy could hear neighbours walking about above us

Location was good. Close to the old town and town beach. Nice bakery at ground level. View of the sea.

The same spam message were constant from the owners but noone answered any of specific questions. The deposit was a lot for only a two day stay. The walls and floors are very thin, you can hear everyone moving about the building. The door to the apartment was with a key pad which always took multiple tries for any of the buttons to work.

It was nice, specious, clean apartment with see view.

Location was great. It was nice and clean. The communication from the apartment owners was excellent. And excellent responsiveness when we had questions or problems.

The shower had a constant drip. No dishwasher.
