Perfet host, really open to help the customers even with special requests. Worth the price payed. All services are there. I will only advice to provide water in the fridge for customers arriving late at nigtt.

Host was not at apartment when I arrived, so I could not get into the apartment. I had to walk to a restaurant to get wi-fi to phone the number I had been given but nobody answered the phone. When he finally arrived he did not speak any English and we had to communicate through Google. The wi-fi was only in the apartment and therefore I had no way to use the front door as I needed to use a website to open the door. The host seemed unable to understand that I did not have data roaming and kept insisting that I had a problem with my phone. He became quite aggressive and coming very close to me. I didn´t like it. In the end he very reluctantly gave me a key. The word luxury needs to be removed from the description....it was very basic.

Owner of the apartment was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location, 2mins to seafront and restaurants. Not far from bus station Apartment was well equipped, everything we needed, clean and tidy.

Communication from agent was awful. They gave us code for apartment but we couldn't get in the building cos we weren't given instructions for that. Before we left we understood that someone would meet us there but when we called them they said that wasn't the case. They didn't know which number apartment we were in. The owner happened to be delivering some shopping to the apartment, luckily, and he explained how to enter building & how to use door code to access apartment. Also, prior to our trip we were repeatedly asked for passport details and expected time of arrival which was confusing.
