The size of the apartment, location and the beautiful view outside the flat specially from the main balcony.

It was very difficult for the children to have a shower due to cold water at the toilets and bathrooms

Modern style house 3 bedrooms Kitchen LED TV Balcony/terrace

Location away from the airport as well as city center (Not related to the accommodation directly -Can't enter the society through all gates, if you want you have to bribe the security guard - I had to) The focal person cares about you only verbally, no practical steps 1. I requested an early check-in, that she denied earlier, then on arrival, asked me to tell 20 minutes before arrival and she reached after 30 minutes, about 25 minutes before the written check-in time and depicting it as a big favor although the apartment was not in use before that (non-accommodative attitude) 2. Almost all drains were blocked, water being spread on the floor (bathrooms & kitchen) When asked to rectify, the response was that it could be done only 09am-05pm (the time for your visit) 3. No soap and shampoo for bathing, when asked for the same the reply was to use hand wash (how can you use hand wash fixed at the basin away from the bathing area) 4. Air-conditioning is mentioned in facilities, but it's only for cooling, not the heating. You cannot stay comfortably in winter in this accommodation Overall, it was not a good place to stay
