Sobre todo la ubicación del apartamento y que es amplio con dos aseos uno de ellos en una habitación.

El olor a tabaco cuando entras al apartamento, a pesar de que no se puede fumar. Hay muebles un poco estropeados como por ejemplo los dos sillones de la entrada que dan un aspecto un poco dejado. Pero el precio y la ubicación del apartamento son muy buenos.
