Alohamundi Catedral

Posizione in centro a Siviglia. Appartamento accogliente e molto spazioso. Proprietario disponibilissimo: l’ultimo giorno è mancata la luce e ci ha subito dato un appartamento migliore del precedente.

La limpieza no era la adecuada y lo mostrado en las fotografías no se condicen con el estado actual del mobiliario, indican tener comedor y no tenia , lavadora en mal estado, utensilios de cocina insuficientes

A stunning apartment with a lovely roof top area that can be used for drinks and watching the sun go down. Great air-con, which was really needed when we visited. large bedrooms and a separate lounge area, which made the apartment very comfortable and perfectly located a short stroll from shops and cafe's.

Nothing, everything was great

The location is very close to the Cathedral and the Alcazar, around 5 minutes. The apartment had two comfortable and spacious bedrooms and well-equipped. The manager is quite good at communicating with us, and quickly brought me new pots for cooking.

Not really. The apartment is in an old building and sometimes the sewer smells a little.

The location was amazing and everything was nearby. There was a heatwave and I greatly appreciated that the AC was turned on when we arrived, so it helped cool us down. We were on the top floor, so there was so much ventilation/airflow and space when we needed to dry our clothes. We have been to 6 different cities between Portugal and Spain. I have to say this place has been THE BEST so far. It is the little things that makes such a difference. The space to dry our clothes, central AC that actually works and cools the place down, clean plates and utensils that we can use, and how water does not splash all over the bathroom floor when you shower. I also appreciated the window in the bathroom so there was ventilation when you showered and it didn't steam up the bathroom. I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough how great of a place it is. The size of the unit was on the smaller size, but it is Europe, so that is to be expected.

Excellent location close to the cathedral, and we felt very safe and secure in the apartment and surrounding area. Check-in/out instructions/messaging was very good. Overall, we had a very good holiday.

Wifi coverage was not great, it only worked in the lounge area. The beds were quite creaky (but I'm being quite picky here).

The Location

Its an old building in an old part of Seville so the drainage system is ancient. Unfortunatly this meant the bathroom stunk of old drains so badly that I had to cover the drainage in the floor, shower & sink, open the windows, close the door and roll a towel up to blook the gap so the smell would not eek out in to the bedrooms or further in to the appartment. Once I did that I realised the toilet was also gross, unclean and smelt of old pee. ALSO I travelled with disabled people and there are 5 steps to get up to the elevator even though its stated as accessible and I messaged before hand. This was a struggle. Even though the location was amazing, the awful smell and steps did not make for an easy happy experience. Thank god it was only 2 nights, of which we only spent a very short amount of time in the appartment. I would have complained when we were there but we had so little time I did not want to hang around and waste valuable vacation time to get everything fixed

Close proximity ti everything. Very convenient.

It’s obvious that the property is not kept up on cleanliness and proper maintenance of furniture/fixtures. We were a family of 4, only 3 clean pillows with cases were provided. We found 2 extra pillows in the closet, however, they were very dirty, had large stains on them. When requested 1 additional clean pillow with 1 clean pillow cases, 3 pillow cases were provided and were told that no clean pillows was available and that we should use the 3 clean pillow cases over the dirty pillow - not something we were comfortable doing. Additionally, quite a few of the cups and dishes inside the kitchen cabinets were dirty too. We had to clean them before use. The bathroom soap dispenser had just a tiny bit of liquid soap left. There was only 1 mirror throughout the apartment which was located in the bathroom. To access the 2 bedrooms, there were a few steps leading up to each room with no hand rails. It is a real hazard for potential falls when using the bathroom at night. Finally, the chair next to the couch is broken with the front left leg coming off. My husband was not aware of it at first. He sat on it and almost hit the floor getting up from it.
