Excellent communication (with acception regards renovation work) Superb location Comfortable, clean comfortable beds and living areas clean. Great having a washing machine. Sun terrace is lovely Thank you for the water and wine :)

Renovation work in communial hallway, workmen were polite, moving tools when we needed access, however, work was occasionally noisy and started around 08:30. There had been no communication/ notification regards this. The pump/filter on the hot tub was very dirty, we were therefore unable to use it for hygienic reasons. I notified the owner that the bathroom door handle was broken upon our arrival, our stay was for 10 days, the door handle was not fixed in that time. The shower flow was very poor, it remained usable, however it was uncomfortable to use.

this is our 2nd visit. the location is great although noisy untill around 12.30/1am

the apartment was damp, foisty smell, masked by plug in airfreshners, signs of the damp on the wall especially the double bedroom, we couldn't use this room and had to move into the 2 single beds. the hot tub still has no heat.

There was a two day water cut where we couldn’t shower - however we understand this is not the owner’s fault and he did his best to help

Location was brilliant, communication was prompt and efficient. The property was clean and well presented.

Very poor condition and not maintained

I loved the location and the roof top terrace, the views of the harbour etc are incredible. The apartment was as described and the beds really comfy and clean. The shower was great and powerful as was the WiFi connection! The washing machine was a bonus if we had needed it.

I don’t like to be picky but the entrance hall cold do with a little love as e paint is peeling. Also I’m not sure there is a mention of having to put the toilet paper in the bin, I think it my put some people off especially with families. I get why this has to be done though as it is so close to the harbour etc. The apartment is so well situated in the old town that you have an abundance of restaurants and bar choices but be aware that there is noise from the Rincon next door if you’re early to bed or a light sleeper. It’s not late closing (we visited Easter 2024).
