Location is amazing and having a hot tub was wonderful. Clean and very comfortable, highly recommend and hope to return.

2 minor things missing - a second bedside table and a small unit or shelf in the bathroom at side of sink to put facewash, creams on etc when using the sink. Other than that it was perfect

Location is spot on with an amazing outlook

1) Communication was poor 2) Mattress has no protection & heavily stained 3) Bathroom sink very very slow obviously blocked , this was was the same as our last visit 4) Curtains stained due to rain leaking through patio door 5) Side door leaking during rain 6) Patio door very stiff to open & close 7) Lack of shelving in bathroom 8) Toilet button broken

We had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in never had that before,on arrival 1 comunial gate and no front door stairs no hand rail so when wet deadly,furniture outside 2 old chairs and 1 small coffee table and hot tub had sand all over inside so didn't use, inside 2 small chairs 1 small coffee table no settee very uncomfortable, in bathroom no where to put toiletries and wardrobe in bathroom with exposed electric box in bathroom DEADLY definitely not worth the money.

The most perfect location in Lanzarote.

We have stayed in both Horizonte apartments a handful of times, and continue to come back due to the perfect location. The apartment however needs a little tlc, and since our first stay a number of years ago there have been no upgrades to items which I've seen a few other people have commented on. The sun loungers are really uncomfortable and partially broken, there is also no parasol (last stay 2 years ago this was broken and now has just been removed). The air conditioning barely works, we had to rent a fan from a local shop. The sofa has been replaced with 2 small chairs, however the pictures do not reflect this. Having a sofa on holiday to relax and watch tv some evenings is a must for us and this was very disappointing. Overall, for a small amount of upgrades this apartment could be fantastic.

Location,views. Size of apartment. It had a lift. Size of hot tub was good .Host was pleasant.

Outdoor furniture was a bit tatty. Air-conditioning was ok had better. Hot tub wasn't freshly cleaned. Soft furnishings could do with cleaning. Ie curtains cushions mattress needed a steam clean. Need's a sweeping brush and dust pan for self use while staying.

The place has a beautiful view of the sea and a quiet neighborhood, which is conducive to relaxation. One large apartment plus a jacuzzi!!! and a large balcony.

The apartment's downside was the water. During our stay, there was no water from 1 a.m. to 5 p.m. After our investigation, it turned out that water in this area disappears from every building during these hours. It's not a pleasant surprise, but it's understandable given the country's water problems
