Magnifico apartamento en las dunas de corralejo

Das Apartment kann ich nur empfehlen. Es liegt an den Dünen und unweit vom Strand. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig, ein Parkplatz ist inklusive. Mar und ihr Kollege waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Anlage verfügt über drei Pools (Salzwasser). Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen..es war alles super und gepflegt. Ich habe mich bestens erholt. Super Preis- Leistung.

Excellent location close to the 'Dunas' in Corralejo and a very quiet block of apartments with super pool area.

Superb, would not hesitate to book again. All worked wonderfully well and nothing was too much trouble.

Location: very close to the center (20 min by walk, a very beautiful walk) Facilities: 2 great pools to choose from in case it's windy and you can't go to the sea Security: automated gate at the entrance for pedestrians and cars (licence plate scanner) Price: good price Comfort: beds and pillows the most comfortable I've ever had on a holiday, and we are picky! The agent Mar was really helpful in finding a baby cot last minute. She also helped us anytime we needed something. Thank you Mar!

Communication: 1) we communicated important information 2 months in advance, also 2 weeks in advance, 7 days in advance, also 4 days before and the morning we were going to check in. We called, sent sms, sent emails and also tried contacting booking.com. We never received a reply from anyone. We only got a reply 30 minutes before arriving at the facility. It was very important for us that the owner provided a baby cot since our booking was reserved for 2 adults and 1 baby of less than 1 year. When we arrived, obviously there was no baby cot and the local agent had no idea about our request. This caused confusion, awkwardness and stress because we didn't have a baby cot until 8 pm. Not very professional, and very upsetting. Our baby had 39.3 fever the day before, moving a lot in bed, very dangerous without a baby cot 2) zero English from the staff. Luckily I knew Italian and that helped me communicate, but without it it would have been a complete disaster Security: the automatic gate for the car didn't work for us, we were stuck for 30 minutes in the parking lot. We called the property for help and they did not speak English. We did a reset, but it didn't work the first few hours, we luckily got out because another car came and it opened for it Comfort: very very small apartment. 1 bedroom and 1 living room together with kitchen. Very cramped Facilities/utilities: very basic but okay, but we wanted to drink some wine together for example, and there was only 1 glass! There is the minimum you need, so not really great. Noisy and crackling door handles, could be oiled. Noisy entrance door because it wabbles, really old and weird locking system (upside down mechanism/keyhole). TV is old, only Spanish channels, no Netflix or other smart functions Cleanliness: clean inside, but there are ants. Outside is very clean, but you'll find the occasional cockroach

Clean, well equipped and the host Maria was fantastic. All the essentials were provided plus a great washing machine means you can travel light and just bring a few things in your 10kg bag. I rented a car and the reg is given to the host so you can access the free parking facility; electric gates open on arrival when the camera detects your reg. Brilliant feature! Bed was super comfortable -slept like a log each night.
