No air conditioning , the fans do nothing, it is like living in an oven unfortunately The beds are very uncomfortable

"Great house and location, but NO AIR CONDITIONING."

Great location and easy access to some of the cleanest parts of Playa de las Americas.

There is NO AC. No portable or connected air conditioner. It only has 2 ceiling fans and 2 floor fans. The bathroom was always extremely hot and the house wouldn’t cool below 29 degrees.

Was so cleaning and tidy all very modern was great towels were there and cleaning products and all the electrical app you needed even a fab washing machine

"Great value modern apartment right next to beach & pool."

Locely 2 bedroom apartment right next to the beach. The complex has pool, gym, wellness center, shopping and restaurants. Mainly British tourists in the area. Beach is a nice sandy beach and you can watch the surfers :) Starbucks McDonald's and lots of shopping right next door.

"Exceptional"

Apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Brilliant location. Check in was painless , with Kathe waiting at reception to take us to our room.

"Good option for being close to everything, but in a relaxed environment."

Location in Tenerife, pool, restaurants, shopping, spacious.

Difficult to find parking close by, no air conditioning(however, ad clearly states that there is none), sheets not fitted and kept slipping off.

"Perfect stay with the family"

It is a place where you can choose to cook yourself or go to restaurant . Everything located around it and near by . Supermarket across the street .

Might be a little bit noisy for very sensitive people .

This property is extremely centeral, amazing pool & surroundings. With safari directly across the road, plenty of shops & easy access. Kathe was extremely kind, helpful & responsive with any enquiries we had. Apartment is Immaculately clean, comfy bed, English channels both sitting room & bedroom. Washing Machine was ideal as we had a baby, & lovely balcony. We will absolutely be back.
