view was beautiful but not worth it for the state of the facilities and room

AVOID AVOID AVOID. no access to hot water. no working power in the rooms. You had 10-15 seconds for hot water so nowhere near long enough to shower. The power kept tripping in the apartment and as it was an electric stove you couldn't cook in the kitchen without having to reset the power several times. When you pay for a hotel you expect the very basics to be working power and access to hot water but this place provided neither. I rang when the power tripped (which eventually went on to happen a further ten times over the period of two days) and they simply told us how to reset it, said it happens "all the time". We had a maintenance man come over who was very kind to look at the hot water situation and he basically told us the boiler wasn't strong enough to keep water hot for 'very long' (meaning more than 15 seconds). When we went to the desk down the street to complain they didn't try to rectify anything, their first response was "you're not getting a refund", mind you we hadn't even asked them for one, we simply said we didn't feel safe or comfortable in the rooms with dodgy electrics. So we handed the keys over and left two days early. Heartbreaking experience as i had booked this place for me and my mum to celebrate her 60th.

The main positive of this apartment is the host who was fabulous with her communication. She really did offer the best service and made the process so much easier. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. It is perfect for a short break and has a lovely view over the seafront. We walked everyday to the old town which was a 30 minute walk but worth it.

The location is great if you want to be in the centre of everything British. We spent 5 days here over Christmas and this is only personal choice but staying here has made us release that it isn’t for us. This however, has no bearing on the apartment or the host who were wonderful.

Lovely appartment very comfortable beds and great location.

Draughty windows no heating till evening and electrics constantly tripping and going off. Weather was cold so appartment was cold.

Loverly view to beach area, parking at property but be warned its a tight fit so maybe not so good for larger cars. Apartment well appointed with coffee machine, oven, washing machine etc... beds comfy, and decent WiFi. Roomy.

If your fit then the hill location will be OK, other wise local taxi required, about 6 euros to old town for example.

The property was clean and nearly presented . Good use of facilities and the little touches, such as the champagne and biscuits. Excellent host

it was well situated for the front, bars and restaurants. a lovely two bedroom apartment. The online check in was good. And the stall member I spoke to was very helpful. Parking was a bonus.

the hot water boiler wasn't enough for us all to have a shower before we went out for the evening. so the third member of our family had a cold brrrrr one!. There was no shower mat.
