Valencia/Mare Nostrum

Location was perfect if you want to spend a lot of time on the seaside. The city center was too far to walk to, but a 30 minute busride, which stops 50m from the accomodaction by the way, gets you straight to the hearth of the city.

A spacious apartment, located a minute from the beach front. Convenient little cafe/bar on the premises. For cars, there is a private undercover parking space.

Limited public transport options to quickly access the city.

Very thin walls, you could hear the neighbours.

Excellent location. Few steps to the beach. Away from the very crowded beaches in valencia. Great for family.

A little problem with swimming pool bracelet as there is only 1 bracelet for family of 5. It was sorted on the 3rd day of our stay.

The location was perfect for the beach. The apartment had all the equipment needed for a family stay. The owner left a great help guide, which was really useful to use during the stay. Felipe was very helpful at all times. It's a great place to stay.

Proximity to beach and the swimming pool (although it wasn't open when we were there in the winter season). Would be a great spot in summer. There is also a 5 hole mini golf but sadly they didn't have the putts so we used rocks and rolled them which my kids still found it entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. There is a restaurant on the premises but we didn't dine there.

The view of the silo building with squatters across the road was unattractive unfortunately so we kept the blinds closed most of the time. Lack of laundry detergent. One of us had trouble sleeping due to being sensitive to the smell of the bedsheets.
