Maria Luxury Apartament Golf del Sur Tenerife

Lovely area, stayed for just one night, as we needed to be close to the Airport. Fab restaurant & bar just across the road from this apartment. The Owners were also very charming & efficient & sorted out our ride to the Airport. 💚🇮🇪

The location. The owner is very friendly and met us at the property. Nice roomy balcony. Washing machine and good facilities for a studio.

The TV didn’t have many English channels.

The host was so welcoming and helpful. He accommodated us with very late check in and collected us from the airport. He was always on call for whatever we needed and even offered to bring beers and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Definitely recommend this stay!

Everything was very good. Big plus - private parking. If you don’t drive car - bus stop is in front of building. Lot of restaurants and few stores nearby. Silent and piecefull part of city, very beautiful view of the balcony, very good pool teritory. Appartments are new, modern and very well equipped. Also owner Mattias is very friendly and responsible🫶

fantastic apartment with amazing views from the bedroom and balcony, kitchen so well equipped, dish washer , washing machine made life so easy . our host Billitis was so very helpful in every way , and made our arrival so easy . the pool was brilliant and so clean and safe . I can't recommend enough , will be back soon !!

The owner and the local team member were very kind and responded quickly to my messages. The apartment is located in a large block of flats with a big swimming pool, which was mostly empty during our stay. The water is not heated, but for us, it was fine (beginning of June). The flat has a nice view from both sides: Teide on one side and the Atlantic on the other. There is private parking, which is a big plus. Additionally, there is air conditioning in the bedroom, which is very convenient because the building heats up during sunny days.

The beds are definitely too short for tall people, like we. Additionally, the two mattresses connected with one bedsheet constantly move, leaving a 15 cm space between them. It was not particularly quiet. Although there is no major street nearby, a small street is frequently used, which can be annoying. There were tiny ants in the kitchen and the bathroom, and we were informed that they occur in some places on the island. Therefore, the apartment is equipped with anti-ant aerosols, which we indeed used. The free toiletries, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies were not provided, despite being mentioned in the booking offer. However, after my intervention, the local team member provided everything.

The washing machine button is missing and not operable ! Didn’t notice till I had loaded up with washing and detergent so then had to repack clothes with unused detergent

The apartment was clean and very modern. The balcony had an amazing view over the swimming pool and sea, and the bedroom was very spacious. A nice touch was left in the form of a bottle of Cava which went down very nicely! Cannot fault the property and hosts one bit, we had a late flight the day we left and the team kindly let us leave our bags in the apartment whilst we did a bit of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a trip to Golf Del Sur.
