Stunning attic with private terrace and Parking optional

La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional, cómodo a la par que coqueto. Estancia agradable con todo lo imprescindible para pasar el fin de semana. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento facilitando la estancia. Lo recomendaremos.

Posizione eccellente, vista sulla parte superiore della cattedrale e girala, bel terrazzino, tutto ciò che è in centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti.monolocale molto pittoresco e romantico, sottotetto suggestivo molto luminoso e apprezzato .meglio sapere che sono tre piani senza ascensore e che il citofo funziona ma l'apriporta no.

Suggerirei maggiore pulizia del divanetto,magari aggiungendo un telo che ricopra da cambiare per ogni ospite.

Les couverts en vrac dans le tiroir. Porte de douche cassée, porte serviette cassé, fin de rouleau de toilette sans recharge, matelas trop large par rapport au sommier, pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle, table de la terrasse fragile,.

La localizacion sin duda y la cercania y amabilidad del propietario. Pudimos hacer el checking antes porque los huespedes anteriores salieron temprano y ya estaba listo el apartamento

Nada , todo fue tal y como se describe

El alojamiento esta en pleno centro de Sevilla, junto a la giralda, la cual se puede ver a pocos metros desde la amplia terraza. El alojamiento a parte de tener una muy buena ubicacion, está rodeado de tiendas, restaurante y bares. La cama era muy comoda.

El unico defecto es que la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y cuesta cerrarla

3 floor walk up … tough with heavy suitcases … (but we knew before) … worth it for the terrace … weak air conditioning… AC is far from bed so it’s cold in dining area and hot in bed area …

Beautifully designed and furnished. It was a real pleasure to stay here

We did not find the parking instructions easy to understand and they did not seem accurate

Location is amazing, very calm small street in the old city, close to everything. Terrace is very nice. Host was very reactive to our communication and supportive.

We had problems with cleaning, especially when opening the sofa bed (it was in the middle of the night so we don't expected the host to solve it at this time). The "normal" bed is very comfortable, but please don't consider using the sofa bed until the host changes it (it was extremely uncomfortable, even after the host explained us how to estabilize it). The host proposed to change room in the next day, but we decided not to do so (thanks for this!).

Please was very cute and conformable. The balcony was amazing. Great views. Location was perfect. Close to everything

The winding stairs up to the apartment are a bit steep and hard to carry luggage up. No elevator
