Great location, within walking distance to reach all the places would go as a tourist. A couple of supermarkets are nearby, very convenient and just 5-minutes-talking. Living here is very convenient for shopping, eating, etc. The room is so clean and comfortable.

Better to add a door for upstairs

Really spacious and super clean. Very quiet, large rooms.

Really hard to get into the apartment. Spent a full day trying to log in to the app the day before we traveled so we decided to go to the office to not waste any more time. Managed to sort it with help.

It was a good location and the place was clean and comfortable

The owners insisted that guests use an app which did not work properly (it was unfinished and cheap) - only 1 out of 5 guests was able to use it to open the door. The hosts ignored emails, phone calls and we gained entry to the building because one of the other tenants let us in. No follow up from the hosts, no real apology, nothing. You are supposed to get an email when you "register" on the app, one of our party of 6 got an email 2 days after she logged on! The office said they know there is a problem with the app - but even though they are located just 5 mins away from the apartment, no one would come and give us keys. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle, go somewhere where your custom is appreciated. BNB Holder Fresh Group Duplex SOL don't care as long as they have been paid.

Great location, beautifully appointed apartment, modern spacious, good linens. It was a wonderful, funky delightful place to be in . All things were new and clean, very comfortable in terms of space and light really beautiful.

Very difficult entry to the apartment. Strange complicated system where you have to have access to Wi-Fi of the apartment to get into the front door, but you can't get in or have access to the Wi-Fi until you get inside the front door. Had to count on other people walking out to let us in. It took many attempts to work with staff to get in the apartment the first day and they were not particularly gracious or courteous about the process. Very distasteful start to our stay. Main room downstairs air conditioner did not consistently work would turn off as if on a timer and no directions provided it to use it. Also it is very large room did not cool properly for size of air conditioner used in very hot days. Spoke with staff, asked questions about using and was told no clear answers they said they would email back information but did not and they did not want to hear our exact concerns. Again, no directions given in writing for us to access and follow on our own and staff seemed bothered by our detailed questioning of how to get things running correctly.
