Some issues with the water pressure in general. No pressure in any area.

I stayed in this 3-bedroom apartment for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a great stay. The beds were cozy, and the apartment had all the essentials. A highlight was the lovely terrace with a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent—quick to respond and always ready to help. The location is fantastic—quiet yet just 5 minutes from the picturesque Castle Park with stunning views of the city, and a beautiful church. Shops, supermarkets, and the beach are only a 10-15 minute walk away. This apartment is ideal for a relaxing family getaway. Plus, there’s a convenient airport transfer available.

To start of the review I'd like to point out the area in which the apartment is located. It isn't exactly what I would call a family friendly area, especially after sunset I can't say you feel safe walking around there. Parking in the streets nearby is next to impossible, however there is a parking lot within walking distance. The apartment itself was a big disappointment. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by a retched smell. This most likely coming from the drain of the leaky shower, with fungus-covered joints. For an apartment advertised as a 6-person, we were shocked to see that there was only a 50-liter boiler installed, which gave out no water pressure whatsoever, so showering was quite challenging. Furthermore I should point out that the only air-conditioning is installed in one of the bedrooms, which makes that you have to carry around a small heater around the other rooms to heat them up. Which you need to do, given that the blankets provided, only suffice for Spanish summers and some of the windows are ajar. We have stayed in various Airbnb's and apartments around Europe and I must say that this is the very first time we absolutely decided never to rent this particular apartment again.

The location and comfort. Close to all amenities and shops, as well as the beach. Really good!

We liked everything. The worse thing is parking in the street, where the places are not many. However we always managed to park a few streets away.

Close to the center and a quiet place at the same time. Not far a way beach. Spacious apartment.

Not easy to find a parking place, but it's possible just need to look for.
