Apts were a good size was in A1 good apt everything you need in kitchen good clean bathroom shower good

Alot of hooks missing from curtains does not look very good beds not very comfy

La lavadora no funcionaba,tenía el cable cortado…los utensilios en la cocina muy viejos,el baño con moho,los enchufes de la habitación estaban rotos o faltaban y eso es un peligro,la puerta de entrada tenía signos de haber sido forzada y la cerradura no funcionaba bien se quedaba cerrada y no se podría abrir,la televisión que parecía una tablet tenía codificados los canales …en uno de los apartamentos tenía mantas para las camas y en el otro no en el anuncio pone que tiene aparcamiento incluido pero no es fijo por apartamento si no que hay unas plazas limitadas para todo el edificio que está claro que no llegan para todos y es fácil que te quedes sin plaza de aparcamiento y tendrás que aparcar en la calle …en fin un desastre todo

Le gardien est top, et les piscines sont bien entretenues

L'appartement est ancien, pas de clim, ni de lave linge, meubles et literie très anciennes, en plus celui ci est situé dans une pente, donc si vous êtes pas sportif ou en bonne santé cette appartement n'est pas pour vous.. Sans parler du parking et les gens qui se gagnent mal et qui vous bloque toute la journée... Bref une vrai catastrophe

Europa Apartment 1D No 24/7 concierge you have to walk 15 mins to Fincas Benidorm on front to Estate agents to pick up and drop of keys Out of hours collection is Don Gregorio Avda Roma 8 again a taxi ride with luggage Late checkout €30 Kitchen light switch doesn’t always work No sink plugs in kitchen Plug does not fit either sink or bath in bathroom No cleaning materials just 2 tea towels and a few bin liners No fish slice for fried eggs Only 1 plug socket in kitchen for microwave toaster and kettle 2 dinner plates 2 sort of bowls 4 small plates in 6 berth apartment Curtain in bedrooms unusable in case they fall down No air conditioning just 1 fan in box for whole of apartment No heating just 1 small oil radiator if required Very dated apartment Would recommend no more than 4 people would be very cramped for 6 and not enough crockery Enough linen and towels for 5 people with one hand towel and one bath towel each to last the duration of the booking no washing machine so can’t wash them either Pool not open October onwards Balcony windows very dirty rest of apartment fairly clean Area fairly quiet and 5 mins up a steep hill from beech and shops Small bars and supermarkets close by Comfy beds Was going to leave unopened goods for cleaners but the €200 deposit stipulates to remove all rubbish and didn’t want to risk my deposit so disposed of good food wine and beer just in case No Wifi cost €15 from Fincas Benidorm Estate Agents who told me to return it to their office but they were shut when I got there Saturday at 5pm so I had to get a taxi back to leave it in the apartment then back to fincas benidorm to post the keys I was nearly late for my transfer to the airport and it cost another €11 for the extra taxi I asked for a refund but have not got one Fincas Benidorm are very rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend them or the apartment to anyone I go to Benidorm frequently this is the worst I have experienced

La ubicación no estaba mal, y que tenía pakin

Que carecía de muchos complementos que en realidad no valen mucho, como un tendedero para las toallas una papelera en el baño,estantería para no tener que dejar las cosas en el suelo, menaje de cocina muy escaso.....
