Good location local to the caves restaurants and river. Licked the antique touches, as it was a duplex it was nice and had a open chimney

The property needed some care as the fixtures and fittings needed to be updated, as either broken or old, the mattress was well used you could feel springs, they give you the sheets so you have to make your own bed and the toilet moves when you sit on it. The Air conditioner was old and dirty and the control needed batteries and was broken, toaster was dirty, the utensils were old and basic, the curtains below the sink kept falling off. The sofa was very uncomfortable and one of the legs was broken, as we sat on it and it toppled. The back of the sofa was tilted so far back with no adjustment. Could do with a new lick of paint. For the price we paid of €90 it was really disappointing it could be a really nice room if some time and effort was spent on it and it was kept spotless.

Las fuentes de calor, lumbre y bomba de calor están en el salón, no llegan al dormitorio, dónde la calefacción no llega ni de lejos a cubrir las necesidades y pasamos un frío tremendo. Había pérdidas de agua en el aseo y un enchufe suelto.

La ubicación de la vivienda, muy limpia y acogedora

Que no haya aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de los aparcamientos y la zona con restaurantes, al pie del pueblo en sí.

La cama y el sofá necesitan renovación urgente. No está preparado para invierno: la bomba de calor, con tiempo, pone a punto el salón. Pero el radiador de la habitación no da para calentarla a una temperatura razonable. Con manta y edredón pasamos frío.

La ubicación y el diseño del apartamento. Perfecto pará 2 personas

Había algunas cosillas estropeadas y no había trapos de cocina o toallas suficientes. Pero estaba muy bien. Volveremos y lo recomendaremos
