Apartamentos Dali Madrid

The place is smaller in pictures, but it was clean. Check in was working well and i am glad it has an elevator. The area is near restaurants and a pharmacy. It is also near a bus stop. They gave us a "kit" for toiletries and laundry soap and dishwashing liquid and trash bags. We used their mokapot for coffee. The place had ample storage and hangers for hanging clothes. We were able to use the washing machine, oven and iron so it was helpful since we are attending a wedding.

The place is smaller in actual. The dining chair will hit the door when you come in. The walls were dirty. The place could have offered some salt, pepper and sugar. We ended up buying salt in the market for when we cooked our ehhs for breakfast but everything in the market was so big it is not practical to buy. In other apartments we stayed in they usually have these small condiments since buying those is not practical for a short stay. I suggest for stays longer than 5 days, they add an additional pack of dishwashing liquid and shampoo. We ran out of these by day 5. The toaster did not work also.

Der Wohnungsbesitzer ist ein Betrüger. Wir haben einen Fantasie Code bekommen aufs Handy zum Öffnen der Wohnung. Ohne die freundliche Hilfe einer Hausbewohnerin die englisch sprach wären wir die erste Nacht Wohnungslos gewesen. Wir bekamendann einen Zugangscode durch die Vermittlung dieser Bewohnerin, via Polizei nach zwei Stunden im Hausflur nachts in Madrid!!!!

Um dos motivos da escolha de apartamento foi a localização, muito boa para as minhas necessidades.

O restante deixou a desejar. As fotos não são condicentes com o apartamento, o banheiro mal cabe uma pessoa, o ralo do chuveiro entupia direto. Péssimo atendimento por parte do anfitrião, sem fornecer informações claras. Tive problema com a internet, não me forneceram a senha de acesso e quando solicitei que me enviem novamente simplesmente não o fizeram, tive que ficar testando o roteador até conseguir acesso (e só libera para 1 pessoa !!!), péssimo! Toda vez que precisei falar como anfitrião, parecia que estava me fazendo um favor e não resolvia meu problema. O penúltimo dia o aplicativo para abrir a porta de entrada do predio não funcionou e tivemos que ficar na rua, e após muitas tentativas de contato mais uma vez não resolveu. Tive sorte que um morador do predio apareceu e me deixou entrar .

Мало места. Подойдет максимум для 2 групп. 1+1 или (1+1) + (1+1) Бедный набор на кухне, тостер нерабочий - хозяин проигнорировал это, не решил вопрос. Не было сковородки. - пришлось купить, нет фужеров для вина, кофемашины тоже нет. Нет мыла и шампуня. 1 чайная кружка только, маленький телевизор. Не закрывалась дверь в туалет - раздвижная. Все звуки слышны из туалета. Отопление от газовой колонки, очень неравномерное - то холодно, то жарко. Колонка шумит. Это доходный дом, все квартиры одинаковые. В целом формально-наплевательское отношение к своему бизнесу у хозяев.
