L’appartamento ha una posizione perfetta, perché si trova in pieno centro ma in una piccola via tranquilla, con ogni tipo di negozio e servizio a portata di mano, e molto comoda ai mezzi di trasporto per aeroporto, oceanografico e Malvarrosa. L’appartamento dà l’opportunità di consumare i pasti in casa, magari acquistando ottimi prodotti al grande mercato lì vicino, oppure scendere e scegliere tra le varie proposte: proprio davanti c’è una hamburgeria di gran qualità. Ho avuto necessità di contattare l’host ed ho trovato una persona molto gentile, disponibile, presente e rapida nelle risposte.

We loved the location of the apartment — just a 3-minute walk from Plaza del Ayuntamiento and close to everything: shopping centres, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. It is also less than 10 minutes walking from the main tourist attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and the apartment is beautiful.

I liked almost everything; however, we did experience an issue with the temperature of the water for showers. The boiler, with a 50-litre capacity, only allowed for about five minutes of hot water. On a summer day this would be fine, as we would not mind finishing the shower with cold water. However, at the end of December, during winter, it was frustrating to have to choose between washing our body or our hair in order to avoid a cold shower. We informed the host, who responded promptly and sent someone to increase the water temperature, which was very kind. Unfortunately, this did not fully resolve the issue. After a long day of sightseeing, all we wanted was to take a hot shower and go to sleep, but instead we had to wait around 1 hour to get another five minutes of hot water. Overall, the place is excellent, but I would suggest considering an improvement to the hot water system, especially for winter stays, for the comfort of future guests.

Perfect location, can walk everywhere. Lovely big rooms in a traditional style. Beds comfy, nice hot shower

The noise! Located on a busy street, dustbins just below windows and emptied most days anytime from 3am onwards. advisable if you stay in master bedroom to take ear plugs.

Appartamento al sesto piano di grandi dimensioni, tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni finestrati cucina e soggiorno con tavolo x sei persone , divano, In centro a 50 metri da plaza ayuntamiento , con ottimi servizi.

Nulla, nelle due camere che si affacciano sulla strada un consiglio di mettere dei serramenti a doppio vetro per i rumori che si sentono ma sono accettabili e sempre nelle camere un arredamento con i cassetti per appoggiare i vestiti. Per il resto è perfetto

ホストがとても丁寧で、連絡するとすぐ返事をくれた。いくつかトラブルかありましたが、その時も必要な人を翌日には手配し、丁寧な対応をしてくれた。 また、駅からとても近くにあるので、何をするにも便利な立地。近くにはレストランもカフェもあるので、困らない。

目の前がゴミ収集の場所なため、夜中回収車が来るととてもうるさくなる。また、古い建物のため、エレベーターの音や上の階、隣の人の音すら響くので、静かな寝場所が必要な人には不向き。 また、シャワーの後ろすぐにドアがないため(洗面所含めたスペースにはドアあり)、子供だけでシャワーを浴びるとトイレのほうまで水で床がびしょびしょになってしまうので、このスタイルのシャワーに慣れてない人には難しいかも。

Perfect communication with the host, exellent location, cozy and comfortable accommodation are something that made our stay even more beautiful in a certainly magical city!
