At no time was I told after arriving I wouldn't gain access until 4pm and that I'd have to ride almost 4km to get a key in a bar! Also I had parking as a request and there was very limited road parking. 3 people booked and only 2 pillows and a sofa bed that didn't work. Being left a bag of sweets at the door was also silly as were not children, a btl of water in fridge after standing outside for 3hrs would've been more appreciated!

There is only one thing this apartment really WOWs and that is the view, even the galage made by the seagulls fit perfectly.

The location is dirty and without facilities, the neighborhood is bad, the lack of parking space is an absolute no for anyone who comes by car, (they picked up my car and I paid 100 euros to get it back), at night drug addicts were sitting on a roof next to the location and they screamed all night that they wanted to commit suicide, that they would throw themselves into the void, for no moment did I feel safe.

The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

Collecting the keys was a joke, online it says you get them from a key safe and gives details how to do this. The reality is that you have to trek about 2.5 Kms across benidorm to pick up the keys in a cafe. There is no AC, and no double glazing so you get woken up in the middle of the night by the emptying of bins. It's also quite a steep hike up to the apartment for anyone elderly or unfit. The apartment is very tired looking and in need of some TLC.

It's what we expected for the money we paid. The bed was very comfortable.

The online check in process was very time consuming and from our point of view, pointless. The apartment could have done with some basic maintenance, ie no plug in the bathroom sink, one light out above the dining table.
