The bed. For so big size of the apartment a 140x200 bed is quite small. There is enough space to set a 200x200 bed. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The tools in the kitchen were a bit old / very used. I had to buy a pen by myself to be able to cook something. The plates were clean. However, the cabinets in the kitchen were sticky. Missing broom. I had to buy one. Cutting board was too used. I had to buy one. The front street has no asphalt. Wifi was dropping randomly for a few minutes / hours and than back online without touching the modem.

El apartamento es muy luminoso y cuenta con unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza. El salón, amplio y diáfano, permite disfrutar de momentos en familia mientras se cocina. Dormirse y despertarse con esas vistas ha sido, sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia. Volveríamos otra vez sin dudarlo.

Hemos echado en falta algunas balletas reutilizables y productos de limpieza para poder mantener el apartamento más limpio durante la estancia, además de una plancha con vapor. Por lo demás, todo perfecto 💯.

La ubicación, las vistas maravillosas, la elegancia del apartamento, la tranquilidad de la zona.

Pasa algún avión de vez en cuando pero no rompe la armonía.

Here’s the corrected version: We spent a wonderful week in this apartment and would absolutely recommend it. The highlight was waking up to automatic curtains gliding open to reveal the ocean and the morning sun — pure magic. Lazy mornings on the balcony quickly became our favourite ritual. The apartment itself is fully equipped, including a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook proper meals — a great bonus for a longer stay. The location works well practically too: there’s a Spar nearby for groceries, and bus number 75 is easily accessible from two nearby stops — Taliarte and Rotonda de Melenara — running straight to Las Palmas. Alternatively, a short taxi ride to Cruce de Melenara opens up even more bus options. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend — we’d stay again without hesitation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Utsikten er fantastisk og stranden er veldig fin.

Stedet er veldig øde, det blåser hele tiden, veldig mye støy fra fly, stranden har ingen senger eller spisesteder. Det er dårlig isolert både dører og generelt så man hører flyene veldig godt fra tidlig morgen til sent på kvelden. Bygget er veldig lytt så all åpning av dører og bråk fra andre leiligheter høres veldig godt. Vi fant skjeggkre i leiligheten, det var ikke spesielt godt rengjort. Lukter ofte veldig kloakk på badet som sprer seg i leiligheten. Det er langt i fra like mange soldager som puerto rico og områdene rundt, mye skyer.
