Il contesto in cui è situato l'appartamento è molto piacevole.

Purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto l'assistenza rapida e adeguata che ci saremmo attesi per la soluzione di uno spiacevole inconveniente (mancato funzionamento del frigorifero), il problema è stato risolto solo al sesto giorno del nostro stazionamento, causando notevole disagio.

The property was very central. The apartment was within a hotel complex. The apartment was very clean. We were left coffee pods for the coffee machine, the amenities in the complex were lovely and complex was very clean. The staff were helpful when communicating. A special shoutout to Andrea he kept us updated, our flight was early landing so I was a bit nervous at first as Andrea was unable to meet us early and he suggested we went and got food and met him at the agreed time, fair enough I guess so we left our luggage with reception and went into the centre for food, I got nervous once we returned and Andrea was a bit late and that maybe all was not as it seemed how wrong was I. Andrea arrived and all was good !!!! We raised a concern that the apartment had 1,wine glass and 1, beer glass, not an issue we received directly to the apartment a new set of glasses. The offer of a late check out (as no incoming booking) The roof top bar music was fine and strictly went off at 12pm the only night we found it loud was Saturday night, but we were on holiday so this didn’t bother us. If you want good Spanish food try Avienda restaurant a block away it was divine !!! You can’t book only turn up and wait for a table but well worth it and reasonable price.

I guess it would say one of the wardrobe doors was a bit stiff to close. No sun on the balcony but temperature was fine in the day so a welcome shade. The pool area is small only about 20 sun lounges and people waited until it opened to get a lounger, we saw a few people reserving with towels but on the whole people stayed at the pool area.

Location to centre. Clean. Helpfulness of property owner and staff to assist with issues.

Right opposite the apartment is a rooftop bar that had DJ’s or live music until 11pm/midnight on most evenings. We knew that the block had a rooftop bar but not expecting the noise to continue so late.

The owner was very patient and polite, and apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Our landing was later then expected and the owner was kind and waited for us for 2 hours and even provided us with tips about the city and good restaurants.

I was greeted by Abel and his beautiful daughter, which was a lovely surprise. Abel made sure that I had everything I needed and showed me how to work the TV. He was very welcoming and professional. I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool area in the complex is beautiful and clean with a lifeguard on duty. The apartment is clean and modern.

There was nothing that I did not like. Perhaps some cushions and coasters would be a great addition.

There is everything you need in the apartment - it is modern and spacious. You can walk from the hotel around the coast to get to the main beaches which takes longer or you can walk past the Spar down a couple of side streets to get to the main high street then beach which we found quicker. The pool area is really nice and we swam there a few times.Although we were a private booking the reception staff are very helpful, kind and efficient ,as they helped us on the first day to contact the host.

The number given to contact the host didn't work - booking.com and the hotel reception were unable to contact her either - using the phone number provided - in the end reception helped us make contact via what's app- the host said that the number should have worked and she would sort it out - you have to phone the host 30 minutes before you arrive - so we checked in a bit later than planned.
