I have been traveling and staying in apartments all over Europe for a year and a half and this was the BEST prettiest, nicest apartment I have stayed in. This is the first 10 review I have given. It helps that it was completely renovated and is very modern (with beautiful old stone walls) and everything is very new. I think it was better than the photos. Apartment building was also very nice with modern and rustic touches and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Great location: less than 5 minute walk to see the ocean. 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, mini-markets (many closed on Sundays and for siestas). 10-15 minute walk to cathedral. Several bus stops within a few minutes walking. HUGE big screen TV; largest TV I have had in a rented apartment. I streamed James Bond’s Die Another Day to see the Cadiz film locations before visiting them and it was great to watch the movie on a nice quality big TV.

Clothes washing machine instructions would have been nice. Keyless entry would have been nice but probably difficult to install in a historic building with the way the doors are. The person I met to get the keys (who I believe was the owner) was very nice but I felt bad for making her wait since it was very difficult to get a taxi from the train station. I could have taken the bus and walked the last 4 blocks. When I left, I walked to the bus stop and took the bus to the train station since getting a taxi was going to be even more difficult. No Uber or Bolt in town and not enough taxis.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable apartment. Excellent location. Friendly helpful host.

The building and the apartment design are just fabulous! Such a tasteful mix of old and new. The place was extremely clean, which I always appreciate.

We were not able to turn on the AC at night, and because there are no windows, I found the bedroom to be a bit too warm at night.
