Great location. Wonderful massive clean pool. Near to things going on in Maspalomas without being in the thick of it. Loved it. Great comfortable villa with everything we needed. We loved going to La Charca de Maspalomas in the evening to watch the birds.

Nothing bad to say about Villa Feliz. We loved it. I do regret booking via Booking.com as it has properties on illegally occupied territory in Palestine and will now boycott until it changes its policy on this. I realised I could have booked elsewhere later on. Please stop accepting properties on stolen land @Booking.com

Lovely house with all amenities needed for the week we stayed no issues

Checking out you need the key to get out which meant we had to come back and someone had to hold the gate or you would not get out

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The place was a bit pricey for non-peak season, especially since it’s not a hotel, but it would be more affordable if shared with four people given the two king-sized beds. The listing mentioned a sea view, but it’s limited to a small glimpse from the second-floor front of the house. Basic cooking essentials like oil would have been appreciated. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The space was very clean, and the host was polite and responsive. Overall, a nice stay!

"Fantastic stay"

The accomodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area was never busy with plenty of sunbeds. The surrounding area of Melonares was peaceful, with nice restaurants. A slow walk of 25-30 minutes took you to the busier Maspalomas beach area. We would return here, if visiting this area in the future.

A very warm welcome from Jörg. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of outdoor area. Parking was easy. Although it needs some redecorating, we were comfortable and had everything we needed - and best of all, the beds were really comfortable!

It's a shame that the pool was closed for repairs. Not sure that the 'beachfront' property description is accurate; it's really not!
