Luxury Apartments Puerto Valencia

Great service from Ismael, despite the late hour. Easy to pick up and leave keys. Spacious and clean

The rooms were nice, there was space for everyone and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. When we had a problem with the airconditioning the owner came to help us right away and got someone to fix it so that was very helpful.

At some point our shower only had cold water, we did get used to that. The bathroom also had a weird smell but only in that room. The beds in the kitchen/entrance area were a bit inconvenient.

Host, location, the terrace, suits for four people!

The host, Ismael was nice and fair. Got some discount on the baby cot...

Kitchen: too few plates, glasses, mugs e.g only one bowl for cereal... Baby cot costs 10€ per night, but we did not get any bed linen for it. Appartman faces the street, which seemed to be one of the busiest in Valencia. Long, straight road, great for speeding at night. This combined with the one layer window makes the appartment noisy 24/7. The couch was extremely dirty, like practically stain after stain. Loud clicking noise from aircondition (not the usual humming). Smelled like cigarette everytime we got home in the afternoon. Not sure how that smell got in with all windows closed. In summary it felt like a college students flat, who collected some furniture from the street and does not take much care of the appartment.

The living room could have been a bit cleaner

We appreciated that Ismael met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and told us about the apartment. We accidently left a necklace there and messaged him the next day to ask for it, and he helped us get it back the next day! We were so appreciative of that.

It’s comfortable, clean, good location

Small elevator doesn’t fit 4 people, but has 2 floors, so not a big deal…
